My online claim status shows my claim has been resolved, but I have not received a letter. What should I do?

The online claim status' are in real time. However, it may take up to ten (10) days for you to receive your resolution letter.

If after this time, you still have not received any correspondence from TSA, please contact the Claims Management Office immediately. You may request that the letter be emailed or faxed to your attention.
