A flight from Orlando to San Juan was reverse-screened upon arrival on March 5, 2007 due to information from an ongoing federal investigation. Contraband was seized from the flight. TSA coordinated efforts between Orlando and San Juan that included local police in both jurisdictions and FBI. TSA has established the fact that contraband did not go through the security checkpoint. Passengers were not in danger at any time.

TSA is working with local, state and federal partners in this ongoing investigation. Weapons were not brought through the checkpoint; because this is an ongoing criminal matter, TSA will not discuss specific details.
