TSA's Statement on Incident at Boston Logan International Airport

At approx. 8:40 this morning a female approached an information booth at Boston Logan International Airport with a number of suspicious items on her person.
Airport personnel immediately contacted local law enforcement which engaged the individual on the lower level of the airport and quickly determined the items were not legitimate threats. The individual is currently being questioned by local authorities.
TSA works closely with local state and federal law enforcement partners to quickly assess and respond to these situations.
