On June 16, the TSA Chicago O’Hare Safety Action Team (SAT) held a Declaration of Safety Interdependence Day in honor of Safety Week and the “I’ve Got Your Back” initiative.

Each member of the SAT signed an “I’ve Got Your Back” pledge form to acknowledge that TSA employees depend on one other to help maintain a safe workplace.

“Depending on each other contributes to liberty from an unsafe working environment," said Ceydi Mendoza, Program Analyst/Safety Officer.

TSO and SAT member Michael J. Thomas developed the initiative.
