Submit Your Ideas
Ideas, products or service information submitted will not create any agreement of non-disclosure or confidentiality between the submitter and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), unless TSA independently determines that to be in the best interest of the government. All information submitted as a technology idea is considered to be public information and is not protected under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or the Trade Secrets Act and may be distributed or copied. Feedback from TSA is not an endorsement, sponsorship or verification of the accuracy of any idea product or service. Nor is feedback regarded as a preference for one type of product or service over another. TSA does not exercise any editorial control over information submitted as a technology idea, product or service. No contract or other business agreement is expected to result from submitting a technology idea to TSA.
The Government is not obligated and will not be liable in any way to reimburse the prospective vendor for any costs which may have been incurred in preparing and submitting advertising materials, ideas or proposals. Only Contracting Officers have authority to contractually bind the Government. Technical personnel who receive, handle and/or review technology ideas are not authorized to commit or bind the Government.
